We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below before proceeding.

Important Information

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days of the request.

What will be deleted:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All uploaded study materials (PDFs, images, documents)
  • All AI-generated flashcards and quizzes
  • Manually created flashcards and quizzes
  • Study progress and quiz history
  • Any remaining credit balance

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Study Genius AI app
  2. Go to your Profile tab
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Type "DELETE ACCOUNT" to confirm
  5. Tap the Delete button

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account.

Data Retention Policy

After you request account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes but cannot be linked back to your identity.
